I have been in bed all. day. long. with the flu, ughhh. On an exciting note, I stepped on the scale earlier and I was 149.6!!! Hello 140s! Nice to see you!
Breakfast: muffin with peanut butter and honey and banana (7)
Lunch: made a bowl of soup but only ate a few bites (3ish)
Dinner: 1/2 Sonic burger and small tots (15)

Just for kicks, here is the picture that I saw a month ago that solidified the fact that I needed to make a BIG change. Don't you hate it when you THINK you look cute in an outfit UNTIL you see yourself in a picture?
